We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6.2. Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

7. The Guarantee

We’re so confident in our marketing solutions at Incify Pte Ltd that if you’re having trouble achieving your desired results, we will help you until you do. If we can’t help, we’ll issue a refund. Note that there will be no refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Other items purchased are strictly non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, you must have had access to The Marketing Mastery Course Bundle for at least 72 hours and implemented the training. You must provide the following:

• Proof of purchase from Incify Pte Ltd.

• Completion of the full Marketing Mastery Course Bundle (verifiable by Incify).

• Evidence of implementing all the software, trainings, tools, and recommendations from the course. This includes:

• Verifiable attempts at using the mentioned software.

• Genuine efforts to implement the information, with evidence of work produced.

Refund Request Deadline:

You must lodge your refund claim within 14 days of purchasing The Marketing Mastery Course Bundle. For example, if you purchased on March 1, 2024, you must submit your request by March 14, 2024. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within this timeframe.

Miscellaneous Terms:

• “You”, “Your” and “Yours” refer to the original purchaser of the course.

• All currency references are in US dollars.

• Incify Pte Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims. If your claim is valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer.

• Incify Pte Ltd has absolute discretion to determine whether eligibility requirements are met.

• Incify Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or submitting misleading or fraudulent claims. Failure to enforce any rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

• Incify Pte Ltd has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.

• If a claim is approved, Incify Pte Ltd will process the payment within 30 calendar days of approval.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Incify Pte Ltd.

8.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
