Attorney’s Fees

In the event that we need to enforce these terms against you through legal action, we shall be entitled to recover all costs associated with such enforcement proceedings including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between us relating to its subject matter.
